HERE IS WHERE WE MEET
Here Is Where We Meet is a community-inspired arts project that plays the city back to itself. Alongside the city-wide call for digital story submissions on this page, in Spring 2026 in St Clair–Superior, we begin a deep exploration of people and place—gathering lived stories through walkshops and story circles, publishing street essays and micro-films, and co-making a roamable, immersive theatre event. The project celebrates people, place and land ties, riffing on Toni Morrison’s Jazz to turn voices into connection, dignity and practical action.
