Ear to the Ground is a radical listening and storytelling project rooted in place, memory and resistance.
We collaborate with communities to unearth silenced narratives and reclaim cultural space through connected creative interventions.
Blending psychogeography, oral history and counter-archiving, we co-create new infrastructures of care and visibility.
This is grassroots cultural work—deeply felt, digitally connected, and globally aware.
On the Ground Now
We’re mapping Greater Cleveland from the ground up, gathering memory, creative expression and local knowledge that resists cultural erasure, displacement and disconnection.
We’re a growing constellation of artists, researchers, neighbours and listeners. We build relationships before outputs and stories before strategies. We come together around shared values:
